Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between SwissCleanMove GmbH and its customers for the provision of cleaning and moving services.
§ 2 Contract Conclusion
The contract is concluded by the customer's acceptance of the offer. Acceptance can be made in writing, orally or through conclusive behavior.
§ 3 Scope of Services
Our services include:
- Move-out cleaning and final cleaning
- Office and commercial cleaning
- Restaurant cleaning
- Property management services
- Moving services
- Disposal services
§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
Prices include statutory VAT. Payment is due within 30 days net after invoicing.
In case of payment delay, default interest of 5% above the base rate will be charged.
§ 5 Warranty
We guarantee the proper execution of our services. In case of defects, you have the right to free rectification. For move-out cleaning, we offer a 100% acceptance guarantee.
§ 6 Liability
We are only liable for damages in cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability is limited to the amount of the insurance sum. All our employees are fully insured.
